Space Utilisation Surveys – Office Space Surveys
Space Utilisation Surveys (or Office Space Surveys) monitor people occupying desks within an area/floor/building and noting their activity at the time surveyed. The survey is conducted at regular intervals during the day, over a period of one week, to ensure accurate results are obtained by the survey.
Once the survey has been conducted, a detailed and tailored report is produced showing:
- Levels of occupancy within the building
- By site
- By floor
- By team - if required
- Meeting room occupancy
- Average activity of occupied desks
On the basis of this report businesses can ascertain the occupancy levels of the area surveyed. This will prove that an area is under utilised or over utilised. This will help the business owners make strategic decisions with regard to:
