Judy has worked as a consultant project manager in the field of offices for various large corporate businesses over the last 6 years.
Through this experience she has gained a wealth of knowledge in Project Management skills and the ability to understand what makes a great office environment.
Previous to this she worked within an extremely focused customer service arena where she learnt that the most important part of any business is the customers. Maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, help to ensure good customer satisfaction results.

Karen is an experienced project manager working within the facilities arena, which has given her a wealth of knowledge within facilities management.
Her most recent role involved working for a large corporate in one of their logistical warehouses, where her customer service skills played an important role in this highly demanding environment. Understanding, managing and implementing changes to ensure the most efficient occupancy of floor space was vital in this role and ensured that workplace utilisation was maximised.
Previous to this role Karen was a key stakeholder to a Director of Operations where her project management experience was vital to ensuring that all reports and data were delivered on time. She was also responsible for analysing reports and making recommendations as required.

Carole has specialised in Space Planning within the office environment since graduating with a Diploma in commercial Interior Design in 1984.
She is privileged to have worked for many of the leading design practices in London & as such has gained a wealth of experience in office planning on numerous, varied & diverse projects.
From 1995 to 2004 Carole managed the Cable & Wireless portfolio of buildings in the UK (comprising 3 million square feet).
This involved surveying the offices on a regular basis, with the office plans being updated in CAD format. Over time, the majority of the buildings were re-planned to maximise headcount & efficiency, utilising both new & existing furniture. Constant departmental re-organisation dictated ongoing spatial modifications to accommodate any and all client requirements.
Since then Carole has worked on various other projects including updating floor plans circa 80 buildings for Network Rail to enable their incorporation into a facilities management system.
